We talk about policy a lot, but what if we’re making assumptions about what policy means, what it is, what it does? What is policy, exactly?

At Harris, policy is about taking action, supporting communities, and finding evidence-based solutions to problems. Policy is about using the data to find the optimal solution, not just the solution that feels right.
